Refund/Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. The Cabaret on Main Theater Box Office does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. However, in the event that you are unable to attend a performance, you may inquire about exchanging your tickets for an alternate performance of the same show. Please note ticket exchanges are subject to availability and not gauranteed. Please contact the theater for exchange inquiries, providing the last name of the purchaser and the name, date, and time, of the alternate desired performance.
Late Seating:
We strongly encourage arriving at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to showtime. Patrons arriving once a show has started will be seated at the discretion of the Cabaret on Main Management and, if seated, may not be in the originally purchased location(s). Thank you for your understanding. The House will open 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Food & Beverages:
Outside food and beverages are ONLY allowed during events with cabaret table seating. For all other events the theater offers a full concession stand with non alcoholic beverages and snacks.
Liability:
By purchasing tickets, the ticket holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, including but not limited to, injury, death, personal loss, and property damage. Management reserves the right to deny entry or eject any individual who does not adhere to the event's terms, conditions, and rules.
Etiquette:
Please ensure that all cell phones and any noise-making devices are turned off while inside the theater.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission under reasonable circumstances. Patrons who are intoxicated, disruptive, abusive, or violent toward theatre staff, audience members, or performers will be removed from the premises without a ticket refund.

Photography/Videography:
The taking of photographs or recordings of any kind during the performance is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Cabaret on Main Theater management. Patrons found violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
